Vatricania guentheri (AKA Epostoa guentheri)  is an easy, relatively fast growing cactus native to a small area of the Rio Grande valley in eastern Bolivia. As a potted cactus it can grow into an impressive specimen in a relatively short time.

Water well through the summer whilst the plant is actively growing, allowing the soil to dry between waterings. Minimum watering in winter while the plants water usage is at its lowest.

Protect from frost.
